Send sealed vials. We photograph them as received, give them a lab number, run them on our own instruments, and sign the certificate — numbered and permanent, whatever it says. Whether it goes on the public register is your election, made on the order. Choose public and the certificate is listed when it is released, whatever it says. Choose private and it is released unlisted; you can list it later, once you have seen the result. A listed record stays listed. You pay for the analysis. You do not buy the result.

What to send

Sealed vials from the lot, in the container they shipped in. How many depends on the tests you pick. Each sample on the form says what it ships as.
The compound, its concentration and the lot number, exactly as the label prints them.
The name the certificate should carry as commissioning party. It is printed on the record and cannot be changed afterward.
After payment you’ll print a slip with your order number. It goes in the box, and the number goes on two sides of it.
Nothing else. No formulation, no customer list, no explanation of what the result ought to be.

Nothing we issue is a certification mark. A certificate reports what was measured on the material received, and nothing beyond it: not sterility, not suitability for human or veterinary use, and not the rest of the lot. Results are for research use only.
