Who this policy is from

This policy is issued by Premier Analytical Sciences, LLC, a California limited liability company, trading as Premier Analytical Sciences. It covers this website and the laboratory's handling of client and order information. It takes effect on 2026-09-25.

What you send us

To commission a test we ask for the name that should appear on the certificate as commissioning party, a contact name, an email address, a phone number, the address the samples ship from (street, unit, city, state, and ZIP), and what the material is said to be: compound, lot number, the concentration the label claims, number of vials, plus anything you choose to write in the notes field.

If you leave the company blank, your own name is printed as the commissioning party. For a blend we also ask for each compound in it and its claimed amount. You may give a sample your own name for the material, such as a product code, and it prints on the certificate beside the compound's chemical name. The order also records the analyses you chose, whether you asked for the certificate to be listed on the public register, and whether you asked for your name to be withheld. If the laboratory gave you a code, the form sends it to us to check, and the order keeps its effect on the price, not the code. Documents you send us about the material, such as an earlier certificate, are kept with the order and are never published.

If you ask for a public listing under your name, the order form also lets you give a profile of your company: its website, the location you state, a public contact email, and a logo. Each is optional, and you can also send them by writing to us. Section 06 says where they appear and when.

Paying for an order adds a payment record to it: the amount, the processing fee inside that amount, and whether it is pending, paid, expired, or refunded. Your card number is not part of that record and never reaches the laboratory. It goes to Stripe, our card processor, exactly as section 04 describes.

We use your email address to send the notices this service runs on: confirmation of your order, word that your samples have arrived, with their photographs, the release of each certificate, and confirmation if you publish one. The photographs in an arrival email open through links that stop working after a week or a year, depending on the email, and anyone you forward the email to can open them. Our emails show the laboratory's logo, loaded from this website. It is the same image for everyone and carries nothing that identifies you. We do not send marketing email.

Beyond those, we do not ask for, and do not want, your formulation, your customer list, or an account of what the result ought to be.

Accounts

Laboratory staff and, where one has been issued, a client portal account sign in with an email address and a password. Passwords are held by our authentication provider as one-way hashes; we never see or store a readable password. Releasing a certificate is restricted to named authorized signatories, and the signing action is recorded against the person who took it.

What this website does not do

It is easier to state by exclusion, and each of these is checkable rather than promised:

• No analytics of any kind, no advertising or conversion pixels, no social buttons, no session recording, no third-party scripts.
• No cookie is set by the public pages. A cookie appears only after you sign in, and only to keep that session alive.
• Typefaces are served from this site itself, so reading a page does not announce your visit to a font host.
• We do not sell client information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We disclose information when the law requires it, and to the authorities under clause 05 of the terms of service if a vial may contain a controlled substance.
• Companies that run parts of this service for us handle data only to do that: the hosts of this website and its database, the service that delivers our email, and Stripe for card payments.
• Your browser may send a Do Not Track signal. This site does not track you across other sites or over time, so it behaves the same whether or not the signal is sent.
• While you fill in the order form, your browser keeps a copy of what you have typed, on your own device, so a trip to the payment page and back does not lose it. That copy never reaches us before you submit the order, and it never holds a code the laboratory gave you, your acceptance of the terms, or your register choice. It is erased when you reach the order confirmation page and when you press Start a blank sheet. A copy not used for 6 hours is refused and erased the next time you open the page.
• Nothing stands between the order form and this laboratory. It posts to our own server, the order is recorded here, and you are then sent to Stripe to pay, the only place your card details go. What travels to Stripe with you is the amount, the names of the services ordered, your email, and our own order number; never the compound, the lot, or the label claim. If card payment is offline, the form falls back to assembling the request as text and handing it to your own email program, which is then the only thing that sends it.

Photographs of your samples

Every vial is photographed at accessioning: sealed as received, and again with its lab number affixed. Cameras record more than the picture: a phone photograph can carry the place and time it was taken. The original is kept privately as part of the chain of custody, and the copy that can ever appear on a document or a public record is re-encoded from the image pixels alone, so embedded camera metadata, including any location, does not travel with it.

Both photographs print on the certificate for every vial it covers, so they travel with it: on the register if the certificate is listed, and to anyone who opens a private certificate by its number. The as-received photograph shows your label. A certificate issued without your name leaves that photograph off, because the label would name you.

The public register: the part that cannot be undone

Every released certificate has a permanent number and a stored document. Whether the record is listed, which means browsable and searchable by anyone, is your election, made when you order. If you choose public, the certificate is listed the moment it is released, whatever it says. If you choose private, it is released unlisted, and you may list it later, after you have seen the result, either with the publish button in the release email or by asking us. The button works once, for 180 days after it is sent, and whoever holds the email can use it.

An unlisted certificate is not published, but it is not secret. It does not appear when anyone browses or searches the register, and it is never found from a laboratory number. Anyone who has its exact certificate number can open it and download the full document, which names the commissioning party unless you chose to withhold it, and shows the lot, the results, and the vial photographs.

Listing moves one way. A listed record names the commissioning party and shows the material, the measured values, and the accession photographs; it cannot afterwards be unlisted, by you or by us, and a request to remove it will be refused. A record that should no longer be relied on is withdrawn or superseded by a revision. Both mark the record and leave it readable. That irreversibility is the reason a stranger can believe the register at all, so it is the one thing here we will not make an exception to.

If your company publishes a profile, its website, the location it states, a public contact email, and its logo appear on the company's page and beside each of its listed certificates, never beside an unlisted one. You can give these details on the order form or by writing to us. We hold them as a pending profile, and an authorized signer approves them before they appear. The public contact email is the one you give us for that purpose, and we never publish the address on your orders.

How long things are kept

Released certificates, the register records that point at them, and the audit log of who did what are permanent by design. A record that could be quietly deleted would not be worth checking. Sample photographs stay part of the record they belong to. We keep order and contact records for seven years after your last order, because tax and contract claims can reach back that far, and then remove your contact details from our client records.

Two copies outlast that period, and we say so here. The audit log records each order as it was entered, including the ship-from address, and our email log records the address each email was sent to. No account the laboratory uses can edit or delete either log.

Physical samples are never returned. They are held for two weeks and then destroyed, under clause 13 of the terms of service. The unfinished-order copy described in section 04 lives only on your own device, and the laboratory never receives it.

Asking about your data

Write to main@premieranalytical.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct what is wrong, and delete contact details we no longer need, except what section 07 says we keep permanently. We answer within 45 days, whatever law applies to us. One limit is absolute and stated in advance. We cannot unpublish a certificate that has been listed, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to laboratory data is enforced by the database's own access rules, and the few server functions that act with wider access each do one narrow job, such as serving a certificate by its number. Staff roles are separated the same way, and a client account, where one exists, can reach only its own records. Certificate releases are restricted to named authorized signatories and are written to an append-only audit log. Lookups by certificate number are rate-limited. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim this one is.

Children

This is a laboratory service for businesses and researchers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
